What to expect when booking a new patient appointment
with CarePoint Neurosurgery

If you have found us online you can request an appointment by clicking on this link and we will contact you to schedule shortly. You can also call us at (720) 386-4508 to schedule your appointment. In most cases, a referral is not needed to see one of our neurosurgeons, but we will review your insurance and let you know if you do need to obtain one.

If your current provider places a referral for you, please rest assured that we will be in touch as soon as we get the request.

We will always do our best to get you in for a new patient visit within 48 hours of talking with you. During the scheduling process, we will ask a few basic questions about your reasons for seeking care in an effort to get your appointment scheduled correctly.

Once your appointment is scheduled, our staff will email you a link that will allow you to fill out your new patient paperwork online and submit it directly to us. Of course, if you prefer, you can always print the paperwork, fill it out at your convenience, and bring it with you to your visit. You can also complete the paperwork in the office before your visit.

When you arrive for your new patient visit, you will be greeted by our front desk receptionist. We will review your paperwork, verify some information, and ask for your photo ID and insurance card. If you have a co-pay, it will be collected at that time as well.

Once that is complete, you are ready to see our provider!
