Patient Portal
Personalized care through our patient portal
Every patient of ours will be provided access to their own online profile in our patient portal with information about their care with us. You will be able to use this portal to:
- Communicate with our staff, including your provider, via a messaging system
- View your personal health record during your care with us
- View past and future appointments
- Request new appointments
- Request medicine refills (could take up to 3 business days to complete)
- View statements
How to log into our patient portal
When you make your first appointment with us, you will receive an email with the following information:
- Details about your appointment (including location and time of your appointment)
- Instructions on how to log into our patient portal
- The link to log into the portal
- Your username for the portal
- Directions on how to download our patient portal app should you choose
To log in:
Go to this link: https://health.healow.com/CarePointHC
You will be taken to a page that looks like this:
For your first time, you will need to go through the steps to create your password (your username was provided to you in the initial email you received when you made your appointment).
Once you have successfully logged into the portal, you will see a screen that looks like this:
Simply navigate through the icons on the left side of the screen to find what you are looking for.
