Aneurysms and Cerebrovascular

When a blood vessel bulges in the brain, that can lead to an aneurysm. If it is to leak or rupture, bleeding on the brain can occur. During this, cerebrovascular disease can reduce blood flow and interfere with the brains normal functioning.

Treatment may include surgical clipping (our neurosurgeons get access to the aneurysm and stop blood flow via a metal clip). Other treatment includes endovascular coiling. It’s less invasive with a catheter placed into the artery and then threaded through the body to the aneurysm.
